Ibiza is a Spanish city located on the isle of Ibiza, close to Majorica and the Spanish mainland. The nearest mainland city to it is Valencia. Ibiza is known globally today for its electronic music and clubbing scene, as well as being a scenic holiday resort. Internationally renowned live music events, such as Ibiza Rocks, are a year-round feature of Ibiza's culture. However, the island also has a rich history as a port city and fishing outpost. Ibiza was founded by the Phoenicians and has been home to a great number of ancient empires. But Ibiza is more than just the main town, clubs and hotels. The sprawling natural expanse of the island means that most visitors will need a car to get around. Enterprise-Rent-A-Car can help. We operate one Ibiza Airport branch on the island. We're located at the Aeroport d'Eivissa next to the entry gate, off Ibiza's E-20 main road.
If you park on blue or dotted green lines, you must get a ticket from the machine. Green is generally for residents, but can be used by visitors, as long as they pay and display. Parking is usually free on Sundays and holidays, but check the machine as this varies by town and area.
